If you are looking for an exceptional experience stop here. Even before arriving I contacted the concierge to ask about dining reservations. They were very helpful and sent a list of restaurant recommendations nearby. When we arrived there was someone directly to assist with getting bags to the room. A map and lists of food, shopping and attractions were available. Once in the room everything was well laid out. There were ample hangers and drawer space. The bathroom was well appointed — even had a fan in the water closet! And the bathroom floors were HEATED! Lovely! We wanted to catch up on a YouTube series, but the television didn’t have a way to do that. Someone came from the front desk and hooked up a Roku to make that happen. Even little things like — when going to the elevators on the first floor there was always one waiting. This is service and attention to detail. There was very little lacking and if you mentioned it they were all about a solution. Look forward to another trip to Vancouver and another stay there!

I AI’d searched what were the most romantic hotels in Vancouver to celebrate our 15yr anniversary and the Loden Boutique Hotel came up and so I booked due to its incomparable pricing vs amenities. Complimentary valet parking with complimentary EV charging. From the moment I booked, I had received an email from the concierge asking for any special requests. I had mentioned that we were only coming for one night and celebrating our 15yr anniversary and were wondering if there was any chance we could check in early. The VP responded and happily allowed us to check in at noon. UPGRADED our room. Courtesy call once we entered the room and sent us a bottle of champagne and a lovely note. Even before all the beautiful touches of service and care, my wife deemed the Loden the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Sorry Pacific Rim. Thank you to the wonderful staff for providing us a memorable evening, a moment away from all our children, our hectic and stressful jobs and giving us a little quiet piece of luxury. Cheers to the Loden. Ps. We’ve only been here 2hrs. lol.

We had a great stay here. The staff was excellent across the board, friendly, prompt and professional. We had a cork disintegrate on a wine bottle we brought and they rescued it by bringing us a strainer and decanter. The room we had was clean, quiet, and very pleasant. We will absolutely visit again.

We stayed for one night at the end of December. I really liked the staff. Amazing managers, reception staff, valet parking attendants, cleaners, and everyone we met there. Friendly, very attentive, they immediately understood our needs and did everything to ensure we had a wonderful time. They even provided little treats, understanding that we had a child with us. The rooms are clean, tidy, and quiet. The mattresses are a little too soft for me, but I understand that not everyone likes very firm mattresses, so I'm not even taking that into account in my hotel rating. I've stayed in several 4 and 5 star hotels in Vancouver. And now, the next time I come to Vancouver, I know where I'll be staying! 100% here!

We go to Vancouver quite frequently and this is one of our favorite hotels. Service is amazing, everyone is very friendly and attentive. Love the fresh fruit, tea, and coffee they have in the lobby. Also very dog friendly.

the loden our favorite hotel in vancouver, we’ve been coming for over 5 years. the biggest thing that stands out to me is the service- they remember us year after year and are so kind and accommodating with our pup, and they always remember his name and leave doggie bowls etc out for him before our arrival! the hotel itself is well decorated and maintained, the rooms are spacious and have great natural light. great amenities like dyson hair dryers and nice toiletries. the location is also wonderful, just a quick walk to the waterfront and to all the shops on robson. we book through our amex fine hotel and resorts benefits which includes $80 breakfast (more than in enough to order a big meal!) and $120 in room credit which you can use at the tableau restaurant and bar downstairs. it’s an excellent restaurant, i highly recommend the happy hour there! overall i can’t recommend the loden enough and look forward to our annual visits to vancouver thanks to their hospitality!

I received a welcome smile by the front desk immediately when I walked in to the hotel. The service was top notch and the room was very nice and clean with generous amenities including a bottle of fresh lemon water and two pieces of chocolate. They have nespresso and hot water and tea 24 hours in the lobby. There are two elevators which usually came very fast and required no wait for us. The location is great and the hotel restaurant serves very decent quality food. I will stay there again next time when I visit Vancouver.
